Is the game entirely free?
YES! Bananalotto is totally free. No purchase entry is required. The game is financed by advertising sponsors. For further details, please have a look at our rules or the 100% Free game header.
How do I play?
First, you need to complete a short registration form. Then you can play and win by completing your 10 free games daily.

How can I use my points?
With the points won through top tips or the draws you can
- Bet your points on a prize in the Shop. When you exchange your points you can choose the prize you really want
- Bet your points on tombola tickets. The more tickets you buy, the more chances you get to win one of the great prizes
Who can play Bananalotto?
Bananalotto is currently open to people over 16, resident in the United Kingdom only. Residents of other countries can play, but cannot win prizes on Kingolotto.co.uk
How long does it take?
It is very quick. It will take you less than five minutes to complete your 10 games.
How many times a day can I play?
Each player is entitled to play 10 games a day. You can play one or several times a day until you have played your 10 free games. But be careful, if you haven't played all your games one day, they are lost! You get to play 10 new games each day
How does the Tell-a-Friend programme work?
"Recommend a friend" games are often organized for web users to win points by recommending a friend.
Tell your friends and win 150 points per friend referred. All you need to do is click on the "Tell-a-Friend" link and enter your friends' e-mail address. Your friend will get an invitation e-mail from Bananalotto. Once your friend has registered, your points will be added automatically.

How can I change points for prizes?
With Bananalotto, you can exchange your points directly for prizes in the shop.
It is very simple. Just select the prize you want and submit your request. You will receive confirmation e-mail and your prize will be sent to the address that was listed on your profile at the time of winning (please keep your details accurate and up to date).

Possible technical problems
I can\'t register
Check that all the fields in the registration form are properly completed. If you have made a mistake, a dialogue box will appear telling you which fields are incorrect. Remember: the "USER ID", "PASSWORD" and "PASSWORD CONFIRMATION" are emptied every time a field isn\'t filled in correctly. Remember to type them back in

I can\'t see the banners necessary to confirm my game.
In most cases, this is due to your pop-up blocker settings, which are too tight. Deactivate or adjust your filter settings to see the banners.

What can I do with my points?
You can win gifts with your points. Just go to the prize section. Enter the Shop . You will then receive the results of the draws by e-mail.
How will I know if I have won?
Your results and/or winnings will be sent to the e-mail address you submitted at the time of registration. If you do not receive this e-mail, you can check the daily winning numbers on the Bananalotto homepage.
What time does the draw take place?
The draw takes place every evening at midnight. The next day, you will have 10 new grids (your previous days entries are not carried over to the following day) to try to win you must play on the same day the draw takes place!
How long can I keep my points?
It depends on how active you are on our website
The points credited on a member's account expire on the 31 December of the year if the member hasn't played Bananalotto at least once in the last 90 days before the end of the year. If a member hasn't played during that period, his points expire at 23h59 on 31 December of that year. Otherwise, the points remain untouched.

I still haven\'t received the prize I won.
Bananalotto sends out hundreds of prizes each month (sometimes thousands!) as well as a lot of cheques. They may sometime take more time to be sent. However, we try to make delivery times as short as possible. Delivery time is currently a maximum of 90 days, as specified in our rules.
How to win points?
Play regularly, every day, your 10 game grids, and enjoy our top tips. Don't forget that if you get 4 correct numbers at the daily draw you win 150 points. If you accept to receive our top tips, you can win more points.
How to receive my prizes?
There is nothing to do. Your prizes will be sent to the address you entered at the time of registration. You will have to wait no more than 90 days to receive your prize. Usually prizes are sent within 30 days.
Note: if your postal address is not correct, you may not receive your gifts. You have one week from the date of winning to enter this information. To enter your information go to My account section.
